Fuel Tank Data Plate

The audio says the word alone. The number beside it on the airframe is a part number, not something to read aloud, and its characters are Latin-looking Cyrillic anyway: 5АТ-5102-020.

Бак

Tank (the fuel tank this plate is riveted to)

The everyday word for a fuel tank, and the same one inside Топли́вный бак on the Vehicles page.
Not to be confused with ба́ки in the sense of sideburns, or with a ship’s forecastle. In any vehicle context it is the tank.

Ёмкость

Capacity (printed ЕМКОСТЬ on the airframe, without its ё)

From ёмкий ("capacious"). A soft-sign feminine, so genitive ёмкости, not ёмкоти.
The stencil prints ЕМКОСТЬ without the ё, which Soviet technical lettering routinely dropped. The real word carries one, and that is what the audio says.
It also means a container or vessel in its own right, so a technician can call the tank itself a ёмкость.

Клейма́ приёмки

Acceptance stamps (printed КЛЕЙМА ПРИЕМКИ, without the ё)

Neuter nouns in -о́ take stressed -а́ in the plural, so клеймо́ becomes клейма́.
GEN приёмки · Dictionary приёмка (fem., "acceptance, inspection"), genitive;
Modifies Клейма́: the stamps OF acceptance, i.e. the inspector marks punched into the plate when the part passed quality control.
This row is the quality-control signature of Soviet manufacturing, and the phrase appears on almost any military part with a data plate. Приёмка is from приня́ть ("to accept"), and the game again drops its ё.

A cape is the most useful thing on this map from the air: it is visible from far out, it does not move, and it is what a pilot lines up on when the coast otherwise looks the same in every direction.

Коса́

Spit, sandbar (the narrow strip of land offshore)

A homonym worth knowing: the same spelling and stress also mean a braid of hair, and a scythe. Context does all the work, and on a map it is always the landform.

A closed compound of электри́ческая ста́нция, written as one word.
Compare Радиореле́йная ста́нция on the Build: Structures page, where ста́нция stays a separate noun with an adjective in front of it. Both are stations; only this one has fused.

нахо́дитесь · вы-form of находи́ться (impf., "to be located"). Reflexive, and the ordinary way Russian says where something is.

"К ... от" is a two-part frame meaning "to the ... of": к takes the dative and от takes the genitive, so the direction word and the landmark carry different cases in one short phrase.
The Mission Briefing page teaches the other form of this same line, which ends "Рядом:" plus the nearest settlement. This one gives a bearing instead, which is what you get when nothing is close enough to name.
Этюп is a transliterated French place name and the game gives no pronunciation guide, so its stress here is the site's reading rather than something the UI confirms.
